Lost bour bass player of a couple of months. He works an hour west of his house, turns around and drives an hour and 15 mintes to practice.
Price of gas, and I would think, the travel time got to him and he bowed out.
Lookin for a bass player in the FAR SW burbs of Chicago. The guitar player said he was going to put an ad up in harmony central,, but it ain't there yet.
I called a guy who will audition on Thursday next. Here's hoping!
I try to keep alternative players for every position in my band. Right now, I have four bass players we work with and four lead guitarists and two drummers. Plus, I can play drums and bass if I had to. Good luck with your search, brevet. I hope you find one that lives in the pocket.
